Meet Bill Walthes. Bill has been a fixture in the Greater Philadelphia Elevator Modernization Market for years. 40 of them to be exact. In the course of his career, Bill has overseen countless modernization projects with his keen mind for charting all the logistical and technical demands each one requires.
At Allied, Bill has transformed our Mod division. Recruiting top talent and overseeing the delivery of a range of multi-million dollar modernization projects. Just as a little background, Bill previously transformed the mod departments at ThyssenKrupp, Otis, and Amtech, into regional powerhouses. Earning a rock star reputation with consultants and inspectors along the way.
While you can’t hire him. You can congratulate him on his retirement and meet his amazing replacement, Mike Culhane.
Mike started with Allied in November. Many of you already know Mike. He has 32 years of experience in the elevator Industry. Over the past two months, Bill and Mike have been working closely together to ensure a seamless transition and minimize any disruptions to workflow. Mike is getting familiar with the way we do things at Allied. Getting to know the things we value most: Customer Service, Integrity, Teamwork and Professionalism. He’s already a perfect fit.
Starting this month, Mike will be taking the lead on all modernization projects.
Modernizing elevators and escalators improves their safety, efficiency, and performance. Allied is proud of our modernization team and the technical expertise, integrity, and responsiveness they bring to every project. That includes the leadership provided by Bill and Mike.
High fives all around Bill. Now get in your Corvette and go!
