Justin is the motivating force behind Allied Elevator. In his work with technicians, elevator industry leaders, manufacturers, inspectors and consultants, he has earned a reputation for going beyond what’s expected to deliver innovative technical solutions. His interests extend to sales, marketing, new products, and business leadership, which is why he
co-founded Allied Elevator, and in 2014, he was recognized by the Small Business Administration as an Emerging Leader. He is an active member of Vistage, BOMA Philadelphia, and Local 5 Elevator Constructors. When not keeping everyone on task at Allied, Justin enjoys time with his family at the shore, traveling, and getting outdoors.

Doug hails from a multi-generational family of Local 5 elevator technicians. It’s a rich heritage to build upon, and for over 30 years, he has honed his elevator knowledge and skillset with a focus on quality assurance. Doug’s entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found Allied Elevator, where today he oversees maintenance, repairs, and testing services. But Doug’s more than an elevator guy: his passion to create gave us the best-illuminated whiskey bar we’ve ever seen. Away from Allied, Doug spends his free time with his wife, two sons, and the extended Reece family.

Behind Dana’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building and growing businesses, is a steadfast commitment to customer service. Her advocacy from the customer perspective is a driving force in our approach to sales and marketing, and grounds our delivery of renowned technical expertise, with a highly personal touch and attention to detail. She is active in Vistage, and serves on the Board of Directors of BOMA Philadelphia, and as co-Chair of the TOBY Awards. Dana holds a Bachelor Degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia. She loves Baptiste power yoga, vigorous workouts, and time with her husband and family.

Modernization Manager
Bill is as easy going as they come, and he’s one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet. Behind that laid back demeanor is nearly 40 years of elevator modernization know-how, and a keen mind for charting a project’s logistical and technical demands. Bill transformed the mod departments at ThyssenKrupp, Otis and Amtech, into regional powerhouses, earning a stellar reputation with consultants and inspectors along the way. At Allied, Bill has similarly transformed our Mod Division, recruiting top talent and overseeing the delivery of a range of projects, such as multi-million dollar modernization completed for M & T Bank. When Bill isn’t managing mod, he’s moving in the fast lane – in his truck or his Corvette – likely headed to the shore.

MODERNIZATION MANAGER

Kim Harley
Director of Business Services
A graduate of Rutger’s University with a BA in Psychology, Kim’s the one that observes and understands how things need to work, for everyone. Her quiet, confident touch directs the onboarding of new clients, keeps contracts moving, guides HR processes, fine tunes our workflows, makes amazing food selections for any occasion, including our beloved “Crueller Fridays”. We call her the “technology ninja” because she figures out how any software program works. When she’s not bending technology to her will, Kim’s likely to be found outdoors gardening, biking, joining in local community events, exploring, and spending time with her family.
Paul Frazier
Modernization Manager
Paul wears many hats at Allied Elevator. If there is anything this guy can’t do or won’t take on, we haven’t found it. Paul attends modernization walk-throughs, surveys for modernization and service projects. He assists in scheduling materials based on projected workloads, and manages project schedules and client updates. In his spare time, Paul earned a certificate of Vertical Transportation Management from the National Association of Elevator Contractors, and completed OSHA 30 training. Paul brings over 15 years of operations management experience, including leading the implementation of two different ERP systems and maintaining ISO 9002 certification for several organizations.
Francesca Melle
Account Executive
Francesca energizing, integrity-based approach to sales and service has garnered her a well-earned reputation for client service, and respect from field technicians. She enjoys solving problems and is undaunted by new challenges for personal and professional growth. And when it comes to technical detail, bring it on (she loves it). Francesca has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University, and when she isn’t speaking elevator, she’s spending time with her young son, husband, and Gio, their chocolate lab.
Mike Hancock
Warehouse Coordinator
Mike brings a background in hospitality, customer service and the printing industry – useful skills and experience to step in and help manage parts inventory, ordering and delivery for Allied. Mike goes about his work with a great big smile and a readiness to jump up and help anyone that needs it. He’s on the run all day, working diligently to keep our technicians well-equipped and able to respond to emergencies, and stay on schedule for mod and maintenance. Outside of Allied, Mike spends time at the shore and with his family.
