Each Allied Hour Adds Up to so Much More. Lucky You.

What’s your hourly rate? This is a question I get asked by building owners and property managers on a regular basis. Since everyone is conscientious about costs, it’s definitely a fair question to ask. Depends what’s included in that hour right? That’s where the true value is.

It’s easy to think elevator service companies are pretty much created equal, with industry service and rates. What’s key is to look at what’s behind the numbers. The truth is, an Allied Hour benefits your building in a way you might not have imagined. Simply put, an hour of our time adds up to more because of all we include in each one.

    1. We book fewer service calls each month

Great service and maintenance can’t be rushed. Which is why at Allied we cap the number of maintenance hours per month that our technicians carry. Many companies book their techs out with twice the number of hours for maintenance, often resulting in service promised but not delivered. When we say “so much rides on getting it right” it’s our commitment that your equipment will be maintained in a way that gets the most years out of it.

    1. Expert problem solving from A-list technicians

When an elevator your building relies on 24/7 falters, you can’t get it back in service fast enough. You need a solution, plain and simple. Whether it’s a service call, repair, maintenance or time to consider modernization. No matter what it takes. An Allied hour could include having a mechanic on site for two days of trouble-shooting or using innovation around a repair when a commercially available part isn’t the best solution. Or an entire team comprised of a service manager, technician team, client and account services focused solely on your issue.

    1. Owner engagement on projects

It’s not just mechanical, it’s personal. Relationships matter to all of us at Allied. We want happy clients. So you shouldn’t be surprised if our owners jump on your project or give a second opinion. It happens on a regular basis. It’s part of an Allied Hour.

    1. Highly responsive customer service

If you have a problem, we’ll have an answer. We’re customers too and know there’s nothing more frustrating than needing help and follow through. Every. Single. Time.

We value your time as much as our own. So we try to pack as much in as possible. That’s why I like to say an hour is just an hour. Unless it’s an Allied Hour.
