Our Highly Trained Elevator Service Technicians

Our top flight elevator service technicians average 28 years of field experience concentrated in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting tough engineering problems, expert repairs and modernization planning and implementation. We pride ourselves on the work of our elevator service technicians.

Our promise is to deliver regularly scheduled, comprehensive preventive maintenance.  What’s the Allied Way?  To cap the number of hours each technician has on their route, unlike other elevator companies that overload their technicians. Why the limit? We value maintenance that isn’t rushed with plenty of time for closer examination and proactive care, reducing downtimes by as much as 75%.

Each technician completes a rigorous five-year education and apprenticeship program where they develop the skills and expertise to diagnose problems and repair even the most complex systems and equipment. Our employees also carry elite safety and security certifications including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, TWIC, Vertical Transportation Management, and QEI, which allows entry into even the most secure locations.

Training includes:

  • Classroom lectures, course work and examination
  • Hands-on training
  • 5 years of mentoring and apprenticeship
  • Factory training from major manufacturers
